Splash adventure liability Waiver Please read carefully before signing the waiver - Splash Adventure water park cares about the safety and welfare of all guests, this means that it is important for all participants to read and review the waiver form. As well as reading and signing this form, the participants will need to watch the safety video before entering the inflatable water park. This does mean that all guests participating on the water park will need to arrive 30 minutes before their session to have their briefing. All sessions are 50 minutes long and will need to be pre-booked using our online booking system. The lake the participants will be doing their activities on is a natural environment, this does mean that there are numerous natural and unnatural trip hazards placed around the park. For example, there may be uneven ground, the dock may be slippery, pathways that get wet may become slippery, there may also be some sharp stones, so please be aware when entering/exiting the water park. Around the outside of the lake there will be various buoys and ropes, these must be avoided by all participants. If you are not comfortable with these hazards then you should not participate in the water park. Inflatable water park - If you have any underlying health conditions please seek medical advice from a doctor before arriving. Please bring a towel and swimming costume with you. Please make sure you have someone that is able to assist you in an emergency just in case. Life jackets must be worn when entering the water park. You must enter the inflatable water park at the designated point, these will be shown to the customers when they arrive. Children under the age of 11 years will need to be accompanied by a responsible adult (above the age of 18). The water park will have lifeguards onsite to keep an eye on all gusts. Please DO NOT mess around in the water. If an emergency does occur during the session, then you must roll on to your back and signal by raising an arm in the air to alert a lifeguard. Customers wanting to go to the inflatable water park must arrive 30 minutes before their session to watch the safety video and to sign waivers. All customers attending the inflatable water park must be able to swim at least 25 metres by themselves. Anyone under the height of 1.2 metres will not be able to enter the inflatable water park. Anyone under the age of 6 years old will also not be able to enter the water park. There is a maximum of 45 people per session, the customers will have 10 minutes after your 50 minute session to get out of the lake. There is a chance to buy a pair of grippy socks at the park, these are not nesseccary but are recommended. £2.50 per each pair of socks Wetsuits will also be sold at the water park if customers are interested, this once again isn’t necessary but recommended. £5 per wetsuit Changing rooms and lockers will be located onsite. As a participant be aware of swimmers itch, this can occur in natural lakes/ponds. Guests that have participated are advised to take a shower afterwards. Bumper boats - Please read carefully before going on the bumper boats - Payment for this ride will be taken at the park. You must enter and exit the bumper boats on the designated areas. To be able to ride the bumper boats you must be able to swim at least 25 metres. Anyone under the age of 3 years old will not be able to participate on this ride. Anyone under the age of 11 years will need to ride with a responsible adult (over the age of 18). Life jackets must be worn at all times when riding the bumper boats. Maximum of 2 people per boat. All guests participating on this ride will need to leave their belongings on the side to avoid their valuables getting lost in the water (at your own risk). Any guests that have any problems with balancing may struggle entering/leaving the ride. If the participants does get any lake water on them, then be aware of swimmers itch, this is common in natural lakes. A shower is advised afterwards if the participant has got water on them. Please be careful when riding on the bumper boats, in case anyone falls into the water. Lockers and changing rooms will be onsite. Waiver disclaimer - By signing this waiver you have agreed to take responsibility for your own and others health and well-being and property in relation to the activities that you undertake. To the maximum extent permitted by law, splash adventure will accept no liability for any direct or indirect loss or damage, foreseeable or otherwise, including any indirect, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from the use of splash adventure water park, this also includes any other activities. You are also responsible for your own property. You agree to indemnify and keep indemnified Splash adventure water Park, its’ directors, employees/staff, lifeguards, Landlord and any other person or persons as may be authorised by Splash adventure to promote or organise these activities from and against all actions, claims, costs, expenses and demands in or connected with your failure to comply with any of your obligations as set out above. Nothing in this waiver shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or limit any of our liabilities in any way that is not permitted under applicable law; or exclude any of our liabilities that may not be excluded under applicable law. By submitting this form, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 (and competent to provide this waiver) and you have read the waiver and indemnity carefully and understand the Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge that you have read the waiver and agree to provide the indemnity requested. You acknowledge that you have agreed to submit your acceptance to this waiver without any inducement, assurance or guarantee, and intend this signing submission to serve as confirmation of your complete and unconditional acceptance of the Terms, Conditions and provisions of the waiver.
